1. Services Provided
EliteAd offers a variety of digital marketing services, including but not limited to:
- Facebook Ads
- Google Ads
- SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
- Ad Copywriting
- Visuals for Ads
- Short Form Video Clips for Organic Reach
2. Free Trial Packages
Our free trial packages are designed to give you a preview of our services. Please note the following:
- Free trial packages are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- After the trial period ends, you may choose to continue with a regular package or cancel the services.
3. Regular Purchases & Refund Policy
For regular purchases that do not include a free trial, the following refund terms apply:
- Refunds are only available if no campaigns have been created or launched.
- Once any campaign is created or activated, refunds are not available.
- In cases where a campaign has been launched, any remaining membership balance may be refunded as a credit towards other services provided by EliteAd or for advertising for a different service, product, or business.
4. Campaign Pauses
If you wish to pause any ongoing campaign, please follow these terms:
- If you request to pause a campaign, the remaining time of the service period will be preserved and can be used within the next 12 months from the date of the pause request.
- Once you resume the campaign, the remaining balance of the service time will continue, and any additional funds required to restart the campaign will be your responsibility.
5. No Refund After Campaign Launch
Once a campaign has been created and launched, no refund is possible. The funds allocated for the campaign are considered spent for advertising purposes. Any remaining balances in the membership may only be applied to other services or for advertising other services, products, or businesses, as per your request.
6. Liability
EliteAd shall not be held liable for any loss or damages resulting from the services rendered. Clients are responsible for ensuring that the campaigns align with their business objectives and desired outcomes.
7. Changes to Terms
EliteAd reserves the right to modify or amend these terms at any time without any update in advanced.
